Each email marketing campaign we create can be personalised through various tags within the database. The tags are used and then populated when the campaign is sent.
This allows you to send eShots that are addressed to the individual either within the subject or the body of the eShot, helping to enhance relationships with your clients.

Once the initial setup of the eShot system is complete, you will have future costs associated with sending eShot campaigns. Within this element you have various options - see below.

So what are the future costs and what are these for? Good question, well the future costs for the Ai eShots package are for the creation and sending of new email marketing campaigns. Each time you wish to send out a new email marketing campaign, be it to advertise a new service, product or to make an announcement, then this eShot needs to be created and added into the system to be sent out.
The charge to do this is usually at the standard rate subject to requirements of the eShot. We offer maintenance packages should you wish to send new eShots on a regular basis. This will reduce the cost per eShot, please contact us for more details on the maintenance packages.
Finally the only other aspect to consider is the cost of actual sending of the eShot. Because we use a third party there is a small fee involved for sending the eShot out to your recipients. The cost is £ 5.00 for each campaign and then an additional £ 0.02 pence per email. So if you wanted to send an email to 500 users it would cost £ 15.00. This is usually charged directly to you via your credit card.
